It’s Time for Hope & Healing

Many of us experience difficulties in our lives and in our relationships. These can lead to emotions like anger, frustration, fear, depression and anxiety. We sometimes cope through avoidance or procrastination, OCD tendencies, addictions or even by lying to ourselves and others. All of these things wear down our self-esteem, challenge our ability to trust and jeopardize our sense of safety and security. As much as we try, our own efforts to change self-defeating patterns are not always effective.

I offer a skill-based, solution focused, psychology to couples and individuals. I can help you understand unhealthy behaviors and learn how to make the real changes needed for a more fulfilling life.

I can offer you clarity and clear direction on how to improve and enrich your relationship!

“I never believed I could trust again. After working with Gina Guddat I regained my confidence, and self-esteem. She helped me with my dating profile and coached me on finding a new life partner. I can now report that I’m happily remarried to a wonderful man!” – Kerry Parker
